Coaches
Na Gaeil Óga CLG is privileged to have some of the best parents and coaches in the country as part of our management team, including experts in both education and sport, people who have played at the highest standard in Croke Park.
Meet a few of them below.
Ruadhán Ó Feinneadha
Ruadhán is a primary school teacher with a master's in literacy . Ruadhán was raised speaking Irish in Dublin and has both 26 years experience as a player and 10 years experience coaching GAA.
Ruadhán currently coaches the boy's U13 team and plays for the hurling team.
Úna Ní Mhuirí
Úna is a parent who was brought up speaking Irish in Palmerstown. She played camogie with St. Patrick's, Palmerstown for 30 years and also played football for Lucan's Sarsfields for over 10 years.
Úna currently trains the U10 girl's team and previously spent time training the children at Na Gaeil Óga's Academy.
Ciaran Oman
Ciarán is the head coach of the Academy and is the manager of the 2011/12 girls team. Ciarán has been coaching in the club since the first year of the establishment of the underage teams and his children are also playing with us.
He plays for the men’s football team after transferring from another club.
